‘Sambhav Initiative’ invites submissions from law students, psychology students, legal practitioners, psychologists, academicians, researchers, etc. in the form of articles, blogs, research papers, and case comments. This is a platform that encourages discussions, thoughts, reflections, and deliberations on various issues pertaining to law and psychology.
All the submissions shall undergo a double-blind peer-review process where editors shall review the manuscript. The decision of the editorial board regarding acceptance or rejection of the manuscript shall be final. It shall take approximately 20 days to review the submissions and the decision of the Editorial Board shall be communicated to the author(s). In case of changes suggested, the author will be required to do the same within 7 days. It is expected that the author shall make the suggested changes in good faith.
Upon the acceptance of the manuscript for publication by our editorial board, the copyright shall be vested with ‘Sambhav Initiative’, however, the moral rights shall be vested with the author(s).
All the submissions shall be sent in the electronic format at info@sambhavinitiative.in with the subject line ‘Research Paper/ Article/Blog/ Case Comment - Sambhav Initiative’. The author(s) should not mention the name, institution, or any other detail in the main body of the manuscript to ensure fair and just review. The same should be sent as a separate attachment along with the submission of the manuscript. A declaration stating that the work has not been published elsewhere should also be mandatorily attached. Please note there shall be no publication, processing, or registration fee charged. We accept submissions on a rolling basis.
