Ms. Iram Majid is an IMI Certified and IIAM accredited Mediator and Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrator, UK. She is the director of the Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation (IIAM). She is Executive Director of Asia Pacific entre for Arbitration and Mediation She has undergone training in mediation in many reputable institutions, including the Harvard Law School for Advance Mediation Programme on Negotiation in Harvard Law School widely considered the best legal education institution in the world, and Pepperdine University, California. She is the Co-founder and Secretary-General International Federation of Mediators in France. She has been impaneled with various institutions as a mediator, in Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nepal, and Korea. She is also a mediator in a court-annexed mediation center since 2009 - Samadhan, the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of the Delhi High Court, Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation, an arbitrator with Thailand Arbitration Centre, an arbitrator with Delhi International Arbitration Centre. Mediator with World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). she won BIAMAC top 10 mediators in Asia-Pacific Awards 2019. She has done LLM in human rights.

Dr. Rajesh Sharma

Dr. Rajesh Sharma is currently the Senior Lecturer of Legal and Dispute Studies, Criminology of Justice at RMIT University, Australia. He is also the Adjunct Professor at Academy of International Dispute Resolution and Professional Negotiation (AIDRN) and the Honorary Professor of Xiangtan University Law School. Before coming to Australia, he was Assistant Professor at School of Law, City University of Hong Kong. He has given training and taught courses on arbitration, mediation, negotiation, foreign investment arbitration, WTO Law, international trade, banking law, foreign investment in various countries like India, Macao, Myanmar, Thailand, Indonesia. Malaysia, Singapore, etc. He has served as the Legal Advisor to the Macau University of Science and Technology. He has advised transnational companies on trade and investment policy in China and has done training courses with and for the WTO and UNITAR. He has been the finalist for the ADR Teacher Award 2019 in Australia. He is the first Indian to hold PhD in Law from China. He has also obtained professional training in negotiation from Harvard Law School. He is also a research enthusiast and has published a book with Wolters Kluwer titled, “Dispute Settlement Mechanism in the FTAs of Asia”. He is the Director at the Asia Pacific Centre of Arbitration and Mediation and a Council Member and the Chairman of the Intellectual Property Dispute Group of the Hong Kong Centre of Arbitration. He has held various such positions. Overall, he is extensively trained and experienced in various aspects of ADR and other legal fields.

Dr. Rajesh Sharma

Mr. Ish Jain is an international arbitrator and mediator. He is a member of Inter-Pacific Bar Association, Tokyo and of International Bar Association, London. He has been empanelled as arbitrator by Bombay High Court, Beihai Asia International Arbitration Centre (Singapore), Indian Dispute Resolution Centre, Centre of Online Resolution of Disputes (India), etc and as a mediator by ADR ODR (UK) and The Federation of Integrated Conflict Management (India).
