Mary Lou Bryant Frank

Dr. Mary Lou Bryant Frank is a fellow of the Institute for Higher Education at the University of Georgia and adjunct faculty at Middle Georgia State University and Brenau University. She is a licensed psychologist, court-approved mediator, consultant, and speaker. She is co-founder of the consulting group- Transforming Mediation and has served as Vice President for academic affairs at Middle Georgia College, Dean of undergraduate studies at Kennesaw State University, Department Head of Psychology and Sociology at North Georgia College and State University, and Head of the Eating Disorders Treatment Program at Arizona State University. She has published in National and International journals on peace-making, compassion, eating disorders, existentialism, and diversity. Her recent book, “The Mind of a Peacemaker: The Psychology of Mediation,” is in its second edition. She served as the president of the International Academy of Dispute Resolution, President of Georgia Association for Women in Higher Education, and currently serves on the International Association of Dispute Resolution Board of Directors, the International Women’s Think Tank, and several international research counsels and law journals. She has received the Distinguished Provider Award in Counselling and has been the recipient of grants, national leadership awards, teaching awards, diversity leadership awards, and awards for community service.

Dr. Khaled H. Chowdhury

Dr. Khaled Hamid Chowdhury an Accredited Mediator of CEDR & ADR-ODR Int'l and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is a fellow of AIAC and AIADR, Malaysia. He is an empanelled Mediator at SIMI and BIAC. He is a specialist in international sports law and has more than 10 years of work experience as an adjudicator. He is also a Barrister of Lincoln's Inn with 25 years standing, is an Advocate of the Appellate Division of Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He is a legal adviser for the Ministries of Expatriate Welfare and Overseas Employment, of Roads and Bridges, Home Affairs, and of Dhaka Metropolitan Police. He also leads the London College of Legal Studies (South), which is the only Affiliate and Approved Distance Learning Support Centre of University of London and BPP University, the UK in Bangladesh, respectively, with excellence in providing support to those English seeking Legal Qualifications in Bangladesh. Dr. Chowdhury has been conferred with an Honorary Doctor of Laws from UWE, Bristol for his contribution to legal education in Bangladesh. He is a part of the Global Faculty at ADR ODR International. He is also an Associate Arbitrator of ADR ODR and has taught and trained ADR to students in UK, India, UAE, Thailand, Malaysia.
