Dr. Sahdev Singh
Dr. Sahdev Singh has been serving the Indian Government from the past 20 years. He served as the Personal Assistant, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and later on as a Section Officer in the Ministry of Shipping, Government of India. A Central Secretariat Service cadre officer, he is serving as Under Secretary in the Department of Justice, Law & Justice/Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India at present. He was also the Assistant Commissioner/Deputy Assessor & Collector, in the South Delhi Municipal Corporation. He is rich in academics as he is a holder of various degrees and he has also been awarded the Honorary Doctorate Award of Public Administration (honoris causa), degree of Honorary Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) in International Law of Human Rights and also Honorary Doctor of Laws (LLD). And also received many National/International Awards/Medals from different Organizations. He had attended many short courses, meetings, workshops and conferences at various renowned institutions and educational centres. He has delivered lectures as Visiting Faculty at Indian Maritime University, Chennai to LLM students and Central University of Gujarat, Gandhinagar regarding Environmental Law to M. Phil/PhD students. He is likely to be promoted as Deputy Secretary of the Government of India.

Dr. Archana Gadekar
Dr. Archana Gadekar is working as Associate Professor in Law at the Faculty of Law, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. She is a registered Ph.D. Guide and four students have been awarded Ph.D. and six students are pursuing Ph.D. under her guidance. She is an academic leader and is involved in Course designing and policymaking at the Faculty of Law. She is the Chairperson of the Board of Studies in Law of the Faculty of Law, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. She is the former Senate member of The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. She is also a member of the Board of Studies and a member of the Research Advisory Committee of different Universities. She has published around 30 research articles and has presented papers at several national and International Conferences. She has edited two books and contributed chapters to several books. Also, she has completed one Research Project. She is invited as an expert to deliver talks and Webinars by various Organisations and Universities. She believes in imparting quality legal education and adopts an array of pedagogical approaches to enable the students to play multiple roles such as policymakers, advisors, negotiators, arbitrators, and administrators.
